Terrance replaced my electical panel which had been left a mess by a previous contractor a few years ago. In contrast, I had an amazing experience with Terrance! When he arrived he was polite and courteous and listened to my issue in detail before doing an assessment. He immediately identified the issue behind my call but identified other issues (which didn't surprise me) that could cause me problems down the road. Terrance is the electrician you would want working on your electrical needs. He is knowledgeable, honest, professional and reliable!! Terrance takes the time to ensure that he understands the issue and thoroughly explains his approach to fixing it. We had the pleasure of using him on a new installation as well as fixing some other issues. We were VERY impressed with Terrance and his work ethic and will continue using him for our electrical needs in the future!
