They do not stand behind their product. Although the product and their workmanship was done very professionally I have called for the past two years requesting someone come out to fix my gates I have not received a phone call or seen an installer since they finished putting the fence up if they stood behind their product it be great but they don’t.

These guys showed up on time, and in 22 degree temperature, with a stiff wind and snow showers coming down they still installed our fence. Such a nice job! We are impressed.
I had a fence installed by Terran last summer. Very pleased. Jason, Dennis, and Frankie were all great to work with and my fence is beautiful. I'm so glad I went with the arched design. So much character! Jason took extra care around all my existing perennials. Would definitely recommend!
