I had the privilege of an hour float today. My body is calm, relaxed and infused with healthy magnesium. If you havent experienced this, book today. 30 minute session available also.
We tried Soothing Sundays with Melody as our first experience with yoga and it was wonderful. Enough of a workout to sweat, but the movements and meditation make your body and mind feel better after you're done than when you started. Melody is a great teacher, and we're looking forward to going again!
I have been going to TerraMar for over 4 years. I have massages and also have tried multiple treatments which have all been great! It is always very clean and everyone has been amazing to work with.
TerraMar is a great, comfortable place for healing. I would highly recommend trying the hyperbaric chamber. It was a great experience and helped me tremendously. Oxygen has the greatest ability to heal. I am very happy and satisfied with my visit today!
