After 4 companies came to my house to check on a mold issue, Terramar Restoration was the only company that knew exactly what was wrong within minutes — identified the source of the problem and provided me with a plan of action on how to fix the problem. Terramar solved our mold problem for good in a 39 room hotel building, all rooms with entry door to exterior. With their expertise they identified what our multiple problem areas were; consulted with AC technicians to correct air conditioning chilled water settings due to oversized air handlers, rooms too too dark, dripping chilled water lines in the attic running down 3 floors, humidity penetration from the outside through front doors. They were prompt and remediated a terrible spread of mold after a shwer valve leaked. I highly recommend them!
