A bit pricey for the product and location.
Honestly excited to see these homes completed, I've gone and seen two model homes, The layout is very nice, the price is absolutely amazing. Its very cozy, and the homes are really good at blocking the noise from the street. Close to a 711, Kingsoopers, and a few food places. Oh and bonus!!! There's going to be a community pool!
