I am fortunate to have found terrain and the incredible customer service from Renee. I was in last minute need of a bunch of plants for a photoshoot and with just 1 hour notice before the store closed Renee jumped on my project and without me even being in the store sent me photos of options via text and helped me checkout and box it up so someone could pick it up just before the store closed. Thank you Renee!!
The store staff falsely led me to believe they could re-create a piece I saw in the store in 12/24 through the custom order service they promote. Based on those statements after showing them pictures of the pieces they told me they could surely do it. I purchased two trays based on their assertions and later found out they weren't able to create these pieces and didn't even have the supplies needed. A group of 3 of us came here for dinner, we had both the fauna and flora with wine pairing experiences. The cheese course was very disappointing, the cheese cake itself was delightful but the accompanying tomato chutney was not very pleasant. The dessert course was overpowered by the rose flavor. Our waiter was very attentive and great at coursing out the menu. The wine pairings were top notch, the sommelier did a great job with details and interaction with our group.
