Selah’s massage is not just a “self care treat” it is actually therapy for your body, and I highly recommend seeing her as regularly as you can! Our bodies hold so much more tension than we know and that tension just builds and builds until problems arise. Selah is always welcoming, makes me feel comfortable and cared for, and she does her job very well. She is my go to for all things body work - and I’m constantly referring her to my friends and family. You can not go wrong with Terraform Wellness!

I cannot recommend Selah’s Chi Nei Tsang massage enough—this work is truly transformational.
