If you are looking for the best broker around, you will find it in Marc Rigau. We are a startup restaurant and worked with a couple brokers before Marc. These brokers put no effort into finding us a place and mostly just said the landlord will not entertain a startup for every place we found. Marc on the other hand was quick to follow up on any spaces we found and was also continuously sending us spaces he had found.
