My mom is in a nursing home and uses this TERRIBLE company.. it NEVER fails that I get someone who can't speak engish let alone understand it..and issue that should take 5 minutes to fix turns into a 2 hour ignorant ,frustrating conversation..Not to mention your issue never gets resolved. UGH!! Worst ever customer service!!
Awefull won't give me my money back they say I didn't pay anything!!! Rude ppl.
