I tried to contact this place for over months and I can say since It was under construction to ask about the rent and I sent messages, emails and left voicemails and never got a call back or anything, no information on how to apply or if there is a waitlist. Number provided goes straight to voicemail. It is very frustrated and not professional at all.

I had an issue with my heater and water pressure at my unit and informed Roger about it. He quickly took action and contacted Vondor to come take a look. Roger did an awesome job—while I was at work all day, he took the initiative to make sure everything was fixed before I got home. Thanks to him, I was able to use the heater and shower without any problems that evening. He’s a great person and truly hardworking. I really appreciate both Roger and Vondor for their quick and professional help!

Terracina at the dunes is the best . The staff in the office is the best. Roger is the best. Much appreciated . Always on time . Always fixed the first time

Had a terrible experience with this complex. Like other reviews, it was hard to get a hold of the staff here and it was unclear what was available. I was told that I qualified for a unit that was then given to someone else as I was in the office signing and then I was offered another unit at a higher price. I got through all the paperwork, gave them my money and then was told that I didn’t qualify for this housing since I was a student at the time.
