The service team was great!!! Not only did they fix my repairs in a timely manner they also went above and beyond to help assist me with broken furniture and boxes that needed to be tossed out , I tried to give Mr Cj a tip he refused stating they can’t take any tips just a review will do of his work performance ..thanks Mr Cj !!

I want to commend the maintenance supervisor CJ on his kind personality and attentive responsiveness and ability to help solve any issues that I’ve had.
I always dreamed of staying in Perkins Rowe, and when I was finally able to move there, I was excited. The only reason I didn't move into the Village at Perkins Rowe is because of the insane rent they charge. I don't know how people afford it. Anyway, the Terraces was nice when we toured. I ended up with a newly renovated unit and haven't had any issues with it except them painting over the cabinets old paint which starts to peel off after suing them. Beautiful property, convieniant location. Right next to gyms, resuraunts and movie theatre. Joyce was very knowledgable about the area and evrything else.
