Well imagine trying to get ahold of a property management company that doesn't care about you? If you like that then this is the place for you! You're A/C is out? They don't even give you a window unit... all the while charging 1k a month.... have any plumbing issues? Good luck you just have to deal with backed up toilets and walking through poop! Try calling these people they ignore and deny everything they can
I was very skeptical about moving into this property a few months ago after seeing all of the reviews. I waited a few months after moving in to see if I would experience any of the things. So here is my review. There has been some type of device installed in the court yard that stops water from flooding the downstairs units when it rains. Absolutely smooth and simple process! Everything was communicated and easy! So thankful
If I could give 0 stars I would .. apparently they changed management and didn’t notify anybody.. New management sucks. They never answer the phone, never fixed the water leaks inside your apartment, and now they have trash everywhere, old management did take pride in lawn care not these new people.. they don’t work with you if u have an emergency and if u do be ready to be put out.. they don’t fix anything the just barely patch it up. They have repeatedly ignored any attempt we have made to get a hold of them. Not only have we been calling, texting, and emailing any listed number with no reply, but we have also been refused part of our lease agreement. Don't even bother.
