To start off the pictures you see on their website isn't true. The majority of these apartments are vacant and run down. Let's speak about the pest control, that doesn't come to all residents apartment. Last Friday pest control was suppose to stop by and never did. I waited until 7 pm and he never came. The crazy part is I seen him @ 5:30 ish while I was in the dog park. So I went to the office Saturday morning and asked why he didn't come for pest control. I lived there for three yrs i had some bad experiences living their the management is horrible they cant keep nobody in the leasing office ,this property needs a major renovation from inside to the outside , after the last hurricane a whole of people moved out. Its a big pest control problem throughout the whole community. Dont move there you will regret it.
