RecommendedI'll be moving to El Dorado from Utah. I've been calling around for information on apartments. Terrace Villa has such a nice person working at the leasing office. She has given me all the information I need to make my decision of where to move to. She was so quick to answer all my many questions and send me information and my application. She informed me of all the fees and let me know what type of washer and dryer I'll need to get. I'm looking forward to moving into my new home at Terrace Villa apartments!!
I lived in HUDSON APARTMENT for two months. DO NOT MOVE THERE you will hate it may sound good but its a scam. HOWEVER ITS VERY UNLIVEABLE. I Give these apartments a 10 just as I was coming to check them out. They had already start painting and now they are replacing the roof. The apartments are nice and everything was new when I moved in as far as supplies. The rent and deposit didnt bother me when I realize its worth it.
