Lived at Terrace View for 3 years, in the same unit without turnover. At move-out, cleaned extensively, leaving unit as good as it was on move in day. Management kept the security deposit and also charged additional fees citing ridiculous things that were pre-existing, like bad paint. Tried to talk to them and they immediately threatened collections. The apartment was undamaged and at most had what is universally known as "normal wear & tear" from 3 years of occupation. Avoid at all costs. Horrible people.
