If i could give negative a million starts, I would. THis place is disgusting. Moldy, stinks, doors broke, takes them 5 months to fix anything. They do not respond to emergency situations like leaks etc. Their property manager is rude af. This place should be torn down. Be careful of the mold. It is definitely hiding in every apartment. Lived at Terrace View for 3 years, in the same unit without turnover. At move-out, cleaned extensively, leaving unit as good as it was on move in day. Management kept the security deposit and also charged additional fees citing ridiculous things that were pre-existing, like bad paint. Tried to talk to them and they immediately threatened collections. The apartment was undamaged and at most had what is universally known as "normal wear & tear" from 3 years of occupation. Avoid at all costs. Horrible people.
