I lived here from February 2023 until July 2023 when the fire happened let me just say that this building needs to be held accountable for everything they did while I was living there from the fire alarm going off everyday to roaches in my apartment when my apartment was clean then when the fire happened in July I went to a hotel and they kept charging me rent and they said they had the right to because they were paying for it NO THEY WEREN'T I HAD RENTER'S INSURANCE and when I told management they said I had to go through m... read more
I LIVED HERE FROM FEBURARY 2023 UNTIL JULY 2023 WHEN THE FIRE HAPPEND I HAD ROACHES IN MY APARTMENT SO MANY TIMES THAT I HAD TO GET EXSTERENATED 4 OR 5 TIMES!!! BECAUSE THEY HAD ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! I HAD A VISITOR'S CAR THAT GOT DAMAGED AND I TOLD MANGEMANET AND THEIR EXACT WORDS WERE DID THEY FILE A REPORT WITH THE POLICE I SAID NO AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING BUT THEY HAVE SECURITY CAMERA'S EVERYWHERE INSIDE AND OUT!!! Dirty & Dated. I mean it's an old apartment building. Could it be maintained better? Definitely. Will it be? Doubtful. Not trying to hate or nothing. Just giving my honest perception. The "security guard" didn't even glance at my required ID as she impatiently rushed me through the gate. The whole time acting like it was a huge inconvenience with me, well, existing. Are there worse places? Sure. Would I want to visit any of those places? Definitely not...
