Great service and prices
Worked with Terrace Supply and James Kopke on our laser enclosure project, and he was awesome to work with. Super responsive and professional the whole time. James went out of his way to help troubleshoot our LED lighting setup and even lending a hand on the electrical. Offering and coming back to personally check on the encloser set up from start to finish. You don’t see that kind of effort every day. He really made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend both James Kopke and Terrace Supply!
My wire feed stopped working I went there for service. Paid $100+ dollars for diagnostics. They said it can’t be fixed because the mother board is bad and it’s an obsolete part. They returned the machine with a bunch of the screws missing. I did some diagnostics myself and found that the plug harness for the wire switch at the gun was bad. I don’t recommend this place. Wasted my time and stole $100+ from me! John called me on 6/11/24 to pick up the machine. It’s a miller 135. The order was for Daniel
