We have been dealing with Sally Bevis from Terrace Strata Management for at least 8 years, Sally was appointed to our Body Corporate as Administrator because our Body Corporate was dysfunctional. Sally made decisions to put the Body Corporate in a better position for the future but kept the Owners of 85 Barrack Street, fully informed of what was going on.
