Terrible management and board. Many people in my building have complained about a owner for several reasons such as smoke going into others condos(including my bedroom and kitchen everyday), her dogs bark and howl at all hours, my condo has smelled of dog feces, her dogs are on the patio many hours a day, she put a sign on her neighbors door that said “die burn in hell devil” with crosses on it and also smeared dog feces on her door handle. This place is awesome, I mean it's really the best place to live, good solid brick buildings, laundry on every floor, a built-in heated pool for summertime fun, a gorgeous furnished clubhouse for parties, good ole Niles Police and Fire Departments at your service and every shopping amenity around here you can think of; there isn't a single thing that goes on around here that the management staff doesn't know about, they are on top of it all. What a great place to live and be and grow. Thank you very much!
The worst association ever.. They very rude and not helpful!!! I paid my move out and they charged me extra 125 $ !!! The manager is always out, on vacation or meeting if u like ask for help. 9098 building is dirty, mouses and cockroaches in apartments..Don’t buy or rent apartment there!!!
