Wasn’t happy with the customer service I receive here. When I took my car in and asked for a quote I was told ‘do I really have to, I have 100 ahead of yours’, and when I asked how long it would take to get my car in they replied Feb 25 which was 3.5 months away. I took my car to the competing firm who were able to send me a quote the same week and fix my car the following week.

I would give 10 stars if possible. I would absolutely recommend Paul and his team for your smash repairs. I have used other repairers in the past but Paul was exceptional. Our mechanic recommended Paul and we are so grateful for his help. He a great understanding of the insurance world and make sure we got the best outcome for our non - fault claim. Paul was great to communicate with and always returned my calls with updates. Great business, know their stuff and exceptional service. Thanks for looking after me!

Does not even deserve half a star. Peeps don’t bother with this place. The bloke was rude, obnoxious and disinterested; rushed the quote; a small panel job he insisted I do under insurance; picked an amount from his butt being more than double another; best left for the Neanderthal and the like-minded. Go elsewhere.
