Potentially a good repairer, absolutely pathetic and rude when giving a quote in an adequate time frame, would not recommend this repairer for that reason

Wasn’t happy with the customer service I receive here. When I took my car in and asked for a quote I was told ‘do I really have to, I have 100 ahead of yours’, and when I asked how long it would take to get my car in they replied Feb 25 which was 3.5 months away. I took my car to the competing firm who were able to send me a quote the same week and fix my car the following week.
