Wilson property management is probably the worst property management company I’ve ever had to deal with. They don’t keep the grounds around the property clean, there is always trash blowing around from the overflowing dumpster and they say that they will take care of it but no one ever comes.
Worst experience dealing with an apartment complex and management. Horrible grounds keeping, horrible service with in home repairs. Every neighbor I talked to experienced the same issues with rats as I did, due to certain occupants piling up their trash on their patio for weeks, attracting every rat around to the apartment complex.
