I was declined at wilson p.m. for not having a utility bill. This kind of nonsense is why there are homeless
Wilson property management is probably the worst property management company I’ve ever had to deal with. They don’t keep the grounds around the property clean, there is always trash blowing around from the overflowing dumpster and they say that they will take care of it but no one ever comes.
