It gets one star only cuz I can't do negative amounts of stars. My boyfriend lived there for 2 years had nothing but issues with flooding in his first apartment flooding in his second apartment busting holes through the ceiling and the maintenance never coming back to fix it or the original problem how water heater never wanted to work right but yet never had a maintenance person come look at it infested with cockroaches Management's a joke and now they're giving him nothing but issues since moving out if you're down to your... read more
I enjoy living at this property due to there's a park right in front, Also 5 minutes from kings an Walmart so convenient. It's been great no complaints.
I have nothing but great things to say about living here at Terrace Park. I have lived here going on 3 years now, and I absolutely love it here. It's so quite and peaceful here. I'm minutes away from anything, and across the street from a park. The office girls are great! Sacha, Wendy and Kimmy.. So friendly. I have only had minor things that have needed fixing here and they get on it right away! Very clean and newly updated.. highly recommend!
I have lived here for over a year so far, maintenance is helpful and always there to help when they can, the properties are amazing and the space for the price is great comps to many other properties I’ve looked at, the stars of the show are the people in the leasing office, Sacha is amazing and has been SO HELPFUL over the last year she has helped me so much and has just been amazing to work with. I can’t express how grateful I am for her and the team over the years. Again, amazing team and amazing staff!
