I Love living here. The apartment is nice and clean and appliances work well. The location is the best part, it’s easy to walk anywhere in crossroads or take a streetcar to get all around KC. Despite being downtown, it is usually quiet, the windows and walls do a great job muting the sounds of construction and motorists to a very manageable level. You may occasionally find a homeless person digging through the dumpsters or have a broken car window in the parking lot, but I think some of the negative reviews here are exaggera... read more

I really enjoyed living here because of the 16’ ceilings and plenty of natural light. The location is great because you only have to walk 2 blocks to get to the streetcar stop. The rent was also very reasonable. However, the biggest con is the fact that my car got broken into as well as 5 others all in one night. Hearing from residents who have been here longer, they said that this has happened frequently. The parking lot only has a light, no gate/garage or patrol at night. Great location. Extremely walkable. The terrace is great common space for having a drink with friends, or pre-gaming for First Friday. Super cool downtown living, and I have to say that the management is very attentive and maintenance is usually super quick to address any issues.
The location is great and the units have lots of natural lighting and modern finishes. Management and maintenance have been quick to acknowledge and fix any issues that arise.
