This is a 55 and older mobile home community, not an RV park. The management has no desire to obtain the sidewalk or road conditions, even though it’s required for safety by DOLA, unless there is a complaint!! The Regional Manager, Jennifer Peters is not one who cares how to maintain our community unless there’s a written complaint by a resident! She has no care in putting ice melt in the common areas, nor does she shovel the snow until there’s a complaint! She is the WORST PERSON in management who has no desire to do anythi... read more

This is an AWESOME 55+ community that is very well taken care of, and people in the community are great neighbors. I wish my community was like this.
Manager is amazing! Nice park to live.
