After trying to get through to my specialist I called the pharmacy and explained my symptoms/reaction to the medication prescribed. They were extremely helpful with advocating for me and provided great advise. They had my medication switched within a reasonable time. Im very thankful for their services and appreciate their time! Absolutely unacceptable experience at Terence Hill Pharmacy. Picking up my ten-month-old’s medicine after a pediatrician’s visit, the pharmacist asked what the medication was for, that was fine but then she proceeded to ask several invasive questions. I explained my daughter just had a hand-foot-mouth episode, the same pediatrician seen her previously. Yet she kept insisting my baby might have herpes. My son’s eczema makes his case atypical “eczema coxsackium” so it’s more severe. She never saw him, didn’t know our history, ... read more
