I live here now. Love the location. Close to everything, shops, restaurants, doctors, I4, midway between Orlando and Daytona Beach. Board not so friendly or helpful. Has clubhouse but no activity, even before covid. Limited on how you can use it. Limited on what can be seen through window. Overall though I love my condo. It is large enough but still cozy.
Quaint Community. Sold several condos in here throughout the years. Located close to everything.
