Today, I didn't bother to put a strap on my load as it was well below the sides of my bed and I also had steel and yard equipment on top of the bags I had of trash, nothing has come out of my truck on my trip to the dump, but when I pulled up to the scale I was told I have to leave Yakima county property, install a strap, and then I could return to the dump. I went through there today with a load of brush in my truck. I had a rope over it and it was tied down when I pulled up. The lady said it wasn’t tied down and I told her that it was tied down. She told me that she could not see that it was tied down. I asked her if she wanted me to pull aside so she could inspect it. She said no gave me my card. On my way out.
