It was obvious I was in very competent hands. I have had very negative experiences with other dentists in the past and because of that, I have not been to a dentist for 7 years. I explained my nervousness to the staff and they took my concerns seriously. They treated me very respectfully and explained every step throughout the process. I very quickly lost my anxiety as it was clearly apparent that I could not be in better care. Best dentist & staff I have ever dealt with. Top recommendation.
Dr. Scarsellone is an incredible dentist and an even better man. I have never in my life met a professional who cares so much about their clients. He called me off hours when the clinic was closed just to make sure I was doing okay after dental emergency last week and has been incredible at fitting me in and ensuring I am taken care of. He truly goes above and beyond which is rare these days. 5/5 recommend.
Excellent experience all around - reception, hygienist, assistant and dentist! Everyone was very kind, helpful and informative. Best part - only a 6 min walk away! 😀 Thank you so much - see you in 6 months!
Awesome experience every time! I drive over 30mins across town to see this Dentist and his team. Dr. Scarsellone has always been so kind and always takes the time to explain what’s happening as he’s drilling and grinding with the tools. Sandy runs a tight ship at reception and is always pleasant to deal with. I had such a great experience today I had to share. Thanks again guys, I appreciate you helping me out today.
