We enjoy living here. Things are addressed pretty timely. Mind your business and don’t make waves 🤷♀️ and it’s a lovely place to live. It is truely sad that the yard can’t be properly utilized haveing kids ( no pool, trampoline or fun stuff) which stinks, but coming from a loud ghetto neighborhood to this quiet little place with fairly pleasant neighbors has been a godsend for us.
This is a very nice place to live; the community is well-maintained. Common area lawns are mowed regularly, flowers are beautiful. The roads are plowed during the winter, and the snow is kept clear. The roads are repaired every summer, taking care of any potholes. Update: nothing has changed. It's still a great, quiet place to reside. If you're looking for a great place to live, check out Terrace Haven. Yes, there are community rules, but they are very reasonable.
