We had a very disappointing experience communicating with the occupancy specialist, Tina. If you are applying for the waitlist, be prepared for unclear and frustrating communication. In our experience, questions were not answered clearly, and requests for clarification seemed to cause impatience rather than support. My dad spent a wonderful 9+ years here before he joined Mom in heaven. He enjoyed the beautifully kept grounds of Terrace Gardens, a 62 plus senior apartment. There is a small lovely rose garden as you enter the front door, and the central garden area is meticulously maintained. It is a safe environment with front entrance controlled by residents' key fobs, and additional keys required to enter the buildings.
