I have been trying to resolve a dispute with Terrace Floors since 2024. They failed to show up for multiple appointments and left my home in a dangerous state with unsecured carpet over the stairs. They charged me for underlay I didn't authorize, and despite me returning it to their store as instructed by their staff for a refund, they have kept my money.
