I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this flooring company. The installer they assigned failed to show up twice, prompting me to use another flooring company. Two months later I’m still waiting for my refund. I would strongly advise against using this company due to their sheer lack of accountability and customer service.

We have recently undertaken an extensive home renovation and part of this was replacing a hardwearing commercial wool carpet for something modern. We looked at all the alternatives which had amazing selling points, stain free, won’t show wear, perfect for pets or children, fraction of the cost……you know the drill these modern fibres will be so much better than wool.
