Just got off the phone with this company. I called to get an estimate on new carpet in my townhome. The woman asks what kind of carpet do you want? Im not sure exactly what kind of carpet I want.. Can you bring samples? Her response is they have over 1,000 styles of carpet and will not send someone to do the estimate if i dont know what I want, then proceeds to scream and talk over me lol this place is a joke highly highly do not recommend. She answered the phone mad and completely unprofessional.
