Bad experience. Under new ownership, not the same family who built the business and strong reputation. Integral part of project left off of project estimate. Projected time line vs actual time was way off - project took more than twice as long to complete. Workers were either inexperienced or did not care about end result. Tile layers were okay. Lack of necessary prep work resulted in problems at the end. Difficult to get a straight answer and return phone calls. We do not wish our experience on anyone else.
