I had the worst experience with the receptionist - Roxanne. First of all she is incompetent and does not know her craft even though she's been with this office for over two decades. I was charged in error and she would not listen, interrupted me and not let me get a word in. She is extremely rude. Intorelable nasty personality. Dear Doctor, I have been your patient for about 20 years and have always appreciated the quality of your care. That's why it is hard for me to write this. Both dentists are super nice and great at what they do but I wish they would take the many complaints about their horrid office manager/receptionist seriously and do something about it!
