Do not recommend. I ordered a specific arrangement for my Dad. I was told “no problem.. we will take care of it and will be delivered after we send you a picture.” I never received a picture or any communication. When I called they were completely clueless and decided to send me a random picture of not what I even ordered. The item was delivered thankfully but still didn’t meet my expectations and not the colors I even asked for!

Quite a wonderful flower shop in Bedford, Virginia, Terrace Blooms really helped my mother's memorial shine in the capacious Fellowship Hall of Bedford Baptist Church. We needed small arrangements that could be reused by the church for Easter the next day. When they delivered them, the boxes of small and medium vases just kept coming! Would give zero stars! Order placed on Wed before 9:10 am and not delivered that day or the next and only contacted me after 5:30 pm on Fri wanting to deliver on Sat. This is an order over $200!.They became unprofessional and full of excuses as to why they couldn’t contact me previously nor deviled on schedule and cancelled my order when I told them in was disappointed in their service and them only having 1 employee is not my issue.
