I didn't know honest mechanics still existed. Karen was so kind when I called to make an appointment due to my check engine light coming on accompanied by some intermittent shaking. She even took the time to walk me through checking my oil over the phone. Shane took his time trying to accurately pinpoint the issue before charging me for repairs, as they wanted to be absolutely certain of the problem before I spent any money.
