We love our home layout and the people we worked with when we bought the home. One employee was very incompetent but the rest fabulous. Now after 1 1/2 years the house has shifted & we have major ceiling issues in the office & bedroom. They say it is our problem and will not repair. Others here at our Landing at Regner site have had issues which they also do not stand behind. Very disappointing that in less than 2 years the house is beginning to show major concerns. Quality is no longer there in home building.Â
For the past 18 months we have been trying to work with the warranty and quality teams of PLH based on numerous problems we encountered from day one of moving into our home. The mission statement and values on their website are simply words and based on our experience, we cannot recommend them. We highly suggest anyone considering purchasing a home from PLH to visit Viewridge Hollow in Ridgefield, Washington. Feel free to knock on doors and ask just about anyone about their experience. Having a home built to our specifications and interior design is a dream come true! We couldn't be happier with our construction experience and the home. PLH was very honest, efficient, caring and professional during the construction process. We felt informed and confident that our home would be finished on the timeline originally set.
