Meritage homes has been a nightmare to deal with. From a heavy delayed closing, to having to deal with a horrible loan officer that they recommended, we will never purchase from Meritage again. To be honest, we should have ran after our disastrous “blue tape” walk-through, our home looked like it had been put together by a 10 year old. Meritage hires cheap labor and the lack of quality is very disappointing.
