Amazing, compassionate and loving of our pet(s). We’ve had nothing but the best service imaginable with Dr. Kang and his awesome staff. Unfortunately I see posts where people “dropping” in with pets and being denied. Some pet owners fail to align with a good veterinarian when they first get a pet so there is no history, no vaccinations and other necessary work done to ensure their pet is in good health and known by their vets.…and only attempt to walk into a clinic when there’s an emergency. Went to this vet with our extremely sick little kitten last week, was happy they got us in super fast, but the experience itself was nothing short of awful. The staff was not compassionate at all and the whole time was more worried about getting their money. Nothing was done to help save our cat, honestly I could’ve done more to help him at home. All they care about is money!! Zero empathy from some of the people who work here, they don’t even care about the animals whatsoever. It’s all about “you have to pay now” not even a sorry for your loss or anything. Do better, show some empathy for people going thru hard things such as losing they’re fur child, it’s your guys’s job to care for the animals and the people going thru hard times that have to bring their animals there in the first place. DO BETTER!
My partner and I arrived at the clinic at 8:30 AM, as they were opening for the day and were appalled at the lack of compassion and empathy the girls at the reception desk showed us. They flat out turned us away, stating the vet wasn't taking any new patients. We explained about the situation we are in, and that we are over 1400 kms away from home, they didn't care and didn't offer up any other potential vet clinics that might be able to help. Please don't waste your time with this clinic, your fur baby deserves better care ... read more
