Checking our security system's recordings on piling work done and invoiced by TerraCana, on our property, we found that, we were very significantly overcharged both, for on site work supposed to have been done on site by double digit hours, as well as every equipment item charged by the hour for every hour of supposed on site work with no logs provided for the operating hours of the equipment. A driver from this company was seen harassing people around the Mission Bridge picnic areas—circling repeatedly, filming groups without consent, and making disturbing, racist comments like ‘go back to your country.’ The driver also appeared to be under the influence. This behavior is completely unacceptable and disgraceful. If this is the kind of person they employ, it raises serious concerns about the company’s standards and values.
