We were very happy with our choice to use TerraBurst to complete a sewer repair at our residence. We had a 20 foot sag in our sewer line which required an open excavation repair. Would give Terraburst a 6/5 if I could. The team was organized, thorough, professional and true experts. They responded to our urgent water issue immediately, and got us scheduled in the same week they assessed the issue. Nathan was extremely well informed and helped put our minds at ease. We were very impressed by this crew, particularly Dustin and Will, installing a CIPP rehab of our sewer line. They arrived on time, kept us well informed of their progress including when we could or could not use our services. They were polite and courteous. They worked efficiently and we were able to use our toilets after only about 6 hours. They left the job site clean and tidy. The crew worked hard all day and the job was completed in one day. They brought drop sheets and when finished cleaned up. They were all very polite and professional.
