My go to for all products ecologically friendly, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well!
First-time buyer here. Walked in Saturday and looked around. Asked about their return policy and was told "We stand by our products." Was not told "you can't return opened packages." Bought 2 products, neither cleaned well and quickly found out (per their website) that refunds are offered ONLY on items with have not been opened!! How are customers supposed to try products if not by using them? Archaic return policy. Back to Amazon I go.
Love the options. I wish they carried more purple urchin products.
