All activities are based around the all year residents ....They are antiquated with games like hooks and pins and some other ridiculous games ....they drive around D.UI. in there golf carts especially they 57 Chevy.....HUGE KAREN ISSUES !!!! If you are a snowbird plan on not being aloud to play in the drunks reindeer games ....why not have a super bowl party or some Texas no hold em no Ginny acts like she owns the golf cart maniacs club house she use the 50 -50 to generate and support there own pockets .....I personally w... read more

I must say the newest Mgr, Heather, is a huge improvement over the last Mgr, Jenny. Being spoken to with kindness and respect is new for me here. I believe Heather CAN make a difference for us, God knows it is needed. I hope she stays, she's trying real hard to bring morale up, so many here have been mistreated and punished by past Mgrs. I will not comply with the restrictions placed on me by Jenny for exposing her fraudulent contract schemes, that I was threatened with by Zona Law and Jenny any longer, not being allowed ... read more

It is awful when tenants are allowed to manipulate park management to accomplishing their evil intent. Park rules should be adhered to by everyone. They are not. I have never been targeted and subjected to so much abuse. Park managers should be trained and have a level of integrity, discretion, and professional training.

Good morning to all that will dead this review! Today is 9/21.that are yards should be cleaned TREES trimmed and we will see if it gets done!!! Neighbors tree branches on my side of yard. That is not my place to get that done. Very unhappy with the way things get done here. I'm starting to think it's a racist thing here. Don't claim that be of important person but I'm human with feelings. And when I am told to do my yard I do it and nobody else does it then I feel like wow so my point of all this is I don't see this place ... read more
