WARNING: INCOMPETENT OFFICE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I am a current resident at Terra Vida and I cannot wait till my lease is up. There were problems from the beginning, they barely finished the apt the day before we moved in, after the last group trashed the place. Since I have been here, its just a continuous fight with the property office to get things fixed. Very poor quality The apartments are very small for the price you pay. Things do not get fixed on a timely manner. Security gate has never worked and security is very poor quality.
