I’ve really enjoyed living at Terra Vida Apartments in Fort Collins. The community is well-maintained and quiet, and the grounds are always clean and nicely landscaped. My apartment itself is spacious with modern finishes, and I love the natural light coming in through the windows. The location is fantastic — close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to major roads, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. I toured the property and had the keys in my hand within 3 days. They made quick and easy work for move in when I got caught in a pinch. Great staff and beautiful property. 10/10!
Love this place! They made the move-in process so easy with the online checklist, and any time I had questions, they were easy to get ahold of (shout-out to Elena🙌🏼). Great area, nice pool, and the fitness center rivals any gym.
Highly Recommend Terra Vida. I love living here! From the moment I came for the tour, the management office made me feel welcomed and respected — their friendliness has been consistent ever since. One thing I really appreciate is the transparency: all fees and charges are laid out clearly upfront, with no hidden surprises popping up after move-in.
