Ultimately had a great time living at Terra Vida! Really enjoyed having the 24/7 gym and pool/hot tub access. Each employee we worked with was great, too. A few things that I find important to note would be: - They plan events in the club house, which is great, but they always end before or at 5:00 on weekdays. This makes it very difficult for those who work full time and don't get home until after 5:00, so we were never able to attend any. The hours of the clubhouse aren't ideal either. When there's a maintenance issue, the office responds immediately to get it taken care of. They work around my schedule to get things fixed, and the maintenance guys, Josh and Cleon, are respectful, kind, and great at what they do. Unfortunately, there are a lot of maintenance issues. Overall it is a nice place to live. It feels safe and it is very quiet most of the time.
The concerns I had moving into an apartment were other renters, property management and location. Property management here is excellent and living here has been worry free. Great club house, planned activities and close to everything. I looked at several properties and am glad I chose Terra Vida.
Fantastic maintenance crew, extremely prompt and professional, such a clean area and wonderful amenities!
