Heaven and the Terra Tovela team catered the most amazing appetizers for our wedding! They were so amazing to work with, including hosting two tastings for us to really lock in our menu. First, the owner, Heaven, is absolutely delightful! We hired Terra Tovela to cater and bartend a 60th birthday party and requested an assortment of appetizers for a cocktail-style event. Heaven put together a curated menu with delicious options, and she worked with us to make a few adjustments to fit our budget. Terra Tovela Catering was absolutely phenomenal. They catered my Winter Solstice birthday dinner, and we chose a buffet-style setup — and it exceeded every expectation. The buffet was beautifully arranged, abundant, and incredibly thoughtful. Every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with care and intention. Heaven & her team are amazing, we are still dreaming of our wedding food. We had a difficult situation with the flooding that happened on our wedding week, but Heaven was SUPER communicative and accommodating. We really appreciate the hospitality with so many last minute timing changes. All of the food was incredible, especially the salmon, short rib, and farro. Heaven and her team are amazing! Kind, hardworking, professional and a joy to have. You can tell Heaven really TRULY appreciates her clients, employees, and all other vendors. Their food is AMAZING. Best short ribs we've ever had, I heard another vendor say this meal was the best meal they have had at any wedding in their career.
