I like that Terra Tec learns about their clients prior to creating a design so that landscapes are personized to lifestyle. Their hardscape work is top notch and when paired with the plant installations the end result is absolutely brilliant! I highly recommend Terra Tec Landscapes, Inc. for landscape installation as well as maintenance.

Why can't I give 0 stars, that is what this company should get. We contracted with Terra Tec and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life. They cut every corner and not only did they do a poor job, but they are not giving any warranty on their work. I never asked for money back, just to get it done right. Horrible, horrible work. Just run away form this John Erdman and his company.

They suck at lawn service, always scalping or completely missing giant spots of lawn. The snow service is even worse. Sidewalks left uncleared for days, snow piles in front of garage doors and the list goes on. I personally would never recommend this poor excuse of a company to anyone. You will over pay and get terrible customer service. The owner, John Erdmann, is an egotistical psycho who is absolutely terrible to work for as well. please avoid this company at all costs!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! In the beginning it was all rainbows and unicorns until you have a problem! Took what should have been a great experience and turned it to a nightmare! Grading wrong, planting terrible dead items and then IF you did get them to come back they plant DEAD items and now say they fulfilled their obligations. We had to spend THOUSANDS of dollars with another company to come and fix what they would not fix. We are still waiting on a bush they still owe us with e-mails being sent wee... read more

We contracted with Terra Tec and have had quality issues and communication throughout the project. They did some good work, however, they also did some horrible work. I would never ask them do do any masonry work (fire pits, retaining walls, etc.) as this is definitely still learning basic geometry. Also, my yard still has lots of rocks as they did not remove them as their contract states they would. Terra Tec did our complete landscape project - driveway, patio, fire pit, trees, bushes and lawn. The owner, John, had a vision for the new property and we are very pleased with how it turned out. Good people to work with.
