My lovely partner and I are extremely happy with her new cello that we purchased, but most importantly we feel fortunate with the superb costumer service. Abbas genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to make sure they are happy with each product or service provided.
Eight years ago I bought my viola here, and it's the best thing that could have happened to me. Best Buy. The attention, and the quality of the instrument in every aspect left me extremely satisfied. The bow, the case, the wood, the sound, even the strings gave very good experience. If I ever change instruments, I will definitely go again.
We drove to the San Antonio store from McAllen to purchase a full size violin for our son at the suggestion of his instructor and absolutely appreciated the professionalism, hospitality, customer service and selection at Terra Nova. The four hour drive was well worth it and they have another loyal customer now.
