I had a very bad experience at this pet clinic and would not recommend it. First of all, the pricing is extremely high and feels unreasonable. There were charges that were not clearly explained, and overall it felt like they were overcharging for basic services. Secondly, the level of care and professionalism was very disappointing. They have advertisements and promotion for backyard breeders. Absolutely abhorrent to see at a vet clinic and such a massive red flag!!
This clinic managed to completely forget about my kittens urine test results which we came in for prior to the New Years and the results were ready within a week but we patiently waited over 2 months for them to tell us someone forgot to reach out while the doctor is on vacation?! How does that make any sense.. my kittens were urinating red jelly blood and they knew how devastating it was for us to experience yet they somehow ignored our medical emergency and literally forgot about our poor kittens. On December 1st, I ordered a case of prescription canned food for my cat at this clinic. The front desk staff told me it would arrive in approximately 2–3 weeks and that I would be notified once it came in. I waited patiently for an entire month, but received no call or email. When I finally called to follow up, I was informed that my order had never been placed. Given this situation, I requested a refund, as I could not choose to trust the process again.
