This clinic managed to completely forget about my kittens urine test results which we came in for prior to the New Years and the results were ready within a week but we patiently waited over 2 months for them to tell us someone forgot to reach out while the doctor is on vacation?! On December 1st, I ordered a case of prescription canned food for my cat at this clinic. The front desk staff told me it would arrive in approximately 2–3 weeks and that I would be notified once it came in. I waited patiently for an entire month, but received no call or email. When I finally called to follow up, I was informed that my order had never been placed. Given this situation, I requested a refund, as I could not choose to trust the process again. Really disappointed in my experience here. I took my cat in because they closed late, and she was coughing. The vet had me leave her there for an hour and said I’d get a call when she’s done diagnostics. (Xray and blood). He gave her two injections without asking or telling me, and sent her home with three medications, like prednisone which wasn’t needed in her case. To top it off, $900 for that visit. To tell me she had a little poop in her stomach.
This place needs higher reviews. I cannot count how many times Dr Javaid Chaudhry has saved my cats considering the shenanigans they've gotten up to after 11.5 years. I dont trust other vets nearly this much. Dr Chaudhrys staff are always nice, pleasant and polite and the good Doctor is knowledgeable, helpful, cautious, and rational. I love that hes always straightforward with us. I moved from Richmond to Surrey but will continue to bring my cats here. Thank you so much TNVV for everything youve done for us :)
