We went to Terra Nova Stone today on the recommendation of our contractor to pick out our new countertops. We expected to take forever to make our choice with their vast selections of stone, quartz, and granite but were pleasantly surprised. Their associate, Ameya, asked if we had a picture of our project and then he took us immediately to an area perfect for us. We actually fell in love with and selected the first one he showed us. This place has lots of options for everyone and you will love the top-notch customer service.
My mother and I went to look for granite at Terra Nova. Ameya helped us. They had the best selection in the area. He had great communication and was able to help us in a timely manner. Our countertop looks great! Thank you Ameya! I will be recommending Terra Nova to others also.
Amir knew what countertop we wanted before we did, and it was perfect! He showed us around and let us bring a piece of our floor tile in to match. He had all the patience in the world with us and we thank him greatly for having so much fun with us as we searched through the warehouse like it was an art studio. Terra Nova Stone, Inc. was the most fun part about remodeling our kitchen so far and AMIR IS THE BEST! THANK YOU AMIR!
I came to this business after being referred by my cabinet company. I found 3 pieces of the same countertop that were already used as I don't need a full slab for this project. I was given the run around. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman, but I was told that the sales guy was reaching out to the owner to see if the pieces we're being used. Great company & great service! Kevin was professional, very knowledgeable & extremely courteous. We went in just to see some of our final choices, but found a completely new slab that was THE ONE. Kevin gave us lots of his time, advice, samples, and followed thru with all commitments made. TNS went above our expectations. We highly recommend them and Kevin - you won’t regret it!
